Individual & Small Group Soccer Training
We offer individual and small group soccer training for up to four individuals in intense technical and fitness training.
The emphasis is on total body soccer including technical skill development, soccer I.Q., and making the athlete quicker and stronger through plyometric and agility training.
There is also an emphasis on recovery and injury prevention for the athlete.
Individual or Small Group Sessions: $300/per group (up to 4 players) for an hour
