Individual & Small Group Soccer Training

We offer individual and small group soccer training in intense technical and fitness training for up to four individuals

Our training focuses on total body soccer, which includes technical skill development, soccer I.Q. awareness, and plyometric and agility training for improving an athlete’s speed and strength.

We also emphasize recovery and injury prevention.

Individual or Small Group Sessions: $300/per group (up to 4 players) for an hour
